Help! My iPod Needs YOU!

Okay dear friends, yesterday I did my second c25k workout. I felt great, but realized that I have one HUGE problem. My iPod music is lacking. I must have had to skip 30 songs (because the were s-l-o-w) during my workout - and it really started to get annoying. I need upbeat music to help me keep a good pace and pass the time.
What music do you like to run to? Please comment or email me. My iPod and I appreciate it.

  1. what genre are we talking about?

Techno stuff(benny benassi and the bix - satisfaction, Girl talk)

pop (rihanna, gaga, britney, timberlake, timbaland)

You give me some guidelines, and I'll give you some tunes.

  2. Thanks JP! I am really not too picky. There are only a few types of music that I don't enjoy - rap, twangy country, and heavy metal.

I am open to suggestions from a variety of genre...trying new things outside the comfort zone, you know?! :-)

  3. I so have this problem too, I have music I like to listen to but when I did my c25k workout it was just not working out.
I have been trying to nail down exactly what songs are the proper pace for where I am at now.
I think I will likely end up with mostly club type music from the 90's and some biggest loser remix's that I picked up along the way, but I too need new tunes!

  4. I also have this problem! The #priorfatpack is one in the same! I use the Pandora app on my phone to get me through my runs. I can have something different everyday, depending on my mood, and Pandora shuffles it all up for me!
